JAMAT-UL-SALEHEEN PAKISTAN

DASTOOR

The JAMAT-ul-SALEHEN PAKISTAN is used to spread the messages and teaching of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) throughout the country. The SAHABA KARAM and WALI-ULLAH carried out the messages of prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in their lives. They travelled all over the world and convey the messages of Muhammad (PBUH). They worked hard and served the human being in such areas where the Islamic army and Mujahidin could not reached. Due to the efforts of SUFIA KARAM the lives of humans were changed and the young man divert towards the teaching of Islam.
Sultan-ul-Arifeen Hazrat Sultan BAHOO is one of them, who worked hard for the betterment of the people . His mission was to uplift and educate the human society and spiritually guide them. His books and MAZAR SHARIEF provided the proper guidance to those people who wanted to uplift their spiritual level. Hazrat Shahibzada Mohammad Khalid Sultan and his followers continued his mission to spread the teaching of Islam throughout the Pakistan. For this purpose he decided to established a JAMAT-UL-SALEHEEN Pakistan in 2007. The meaning of JAMAT-UL-SALEHEEN is the JAMAT of followers who follow the orders of holy QURAN and follow the orders of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) (SUNNAT). The JAMAT-UL-SALEHEEN Pakistan is used to serve humanity, spreading Islamic teaching and follow the guidance of SAHABA KARAM, OLIYA-ULLAH and SUFIA KARAM.
Hazrat Shahibzada Mohammad Khalid Sultan travelled throughout the country,under the platform of JAMAT-ul-SALEHEN PAKISTAN. For the diversion towards the Islamic teaching, he organized the conferences, addressed the large gatherings, IJTAMAT, JALSA and corner meeting.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The decision taken in respect of matters pertaining to the JAMAT will be finalized by the central Ameer of JAMAT.
  2. The central Ameer will be empower to take any step for the betterment of JAMAT and amend the constitution and to give relief under the facts and circumstance.
  3. The creation of the JAMAT is only to spread Islam and to create love with Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) and to follow his and his followers teaching.
  4. The central office of the JAMAT would be at the office of Hazrat Faiz Sultan Usta Mohammad Balochistan.
  5. The offices would be at District, Tahsil and Halqa respectively.
  6. The creation of bodies would be on selection and not by election.
  7. The political and government employees can get membership but they will not interfere politically.
  8. The JAMAT-ul-SALEHEN PAKISTAN would not a political party. Nobody can allow political speech and also supply the political literature.
  9. With the permission of the central body the change can be made in central and district bodies.
  10. In case of dispute between the members of JAMAT, the matter would be referred to central Ameer for the decision.

OBJECTIVES

  1. With the help of writing and speech to trends the youngster about the thoughts of according to Ehla-Sunat-Wal-Jamat.
  2. The training of the youngster would be according to Islam.
  3. The teaching of Islam among non-Muslims to convince and educate them about Islam.
  4. The youngsters would be informed regarding to love and affection in respect of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
  5. To arrange programs regarding Eid-e-Melad-un-Nabi, Meraj-un-Nabi and provides the khowledge about the followers of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
  6. To educate the youngsters to celebrate regarding the days of Islamic Heros and Sufia-KARAM.
  7. To make a strong group of youngsters who always ready to protect Namoos-e-Risalat (PBUH) , Namoos-e-Ahalbait, Namoos-e-Sahaba and Namoos-e-Aulia-Karam.

PROGRAMS

  1. The JAMAT-ul-SALEHEEN PAKISTAN attached the new generation with Islam and provides education and guide the general public to follow the teaching of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) and his followers (Sahaba) and Aulia-Allah.
  2. The JAMAT-ul-SALEHEEN PAKISTAN established a Madrassa namely Madrassa Ghusia Faiz-ul-Aloom Anwar Bahoo. Madrassa offers Hifz-e-Quran and Dars-Nizami for the students of the area.
  3. The JAMAT-ul-SALEHEEN PAKISTAN established a library at Usta Mohammad Bloachistan named as MADNI library, thousands of multi topic books and magazines are available in the library.
  4. The JAMAT-ul-SALEHEEN PAKISTAN established a dispensary namely SALEHEEN dispensary. The MBBS doctor is deputed to serve the poor people of the areas. The patients of the area get benefitted from the available facilities. The dispensary runs with the donation of people.
  5. The JAMAT-ul-SALEHEEN PAKISTAN arranged a corner gatherings. The members of the JAMAT celebrate the festivals. A small programs was arranged on occasion of Eid-Milad-un-Nabi, Shuda-e-Karbla, Mairaj and Giyrvee-Sharof of Peer Hazrat Abdul Qadir Jilani.

CENTRAL TANZEEM OF THE JAMAT-ul-SALEHEEN PAKISTAN

  1. The Central Tanzeem would be called as Markazi Council.
  2. All the organizing and financial matters should be looked after by the Central Tanzeem.
  3. The chief executive and the Markazi AMEER would be head of Central Tanzeem, and only his decisions are implemented.
  4. The Central Tanzeem will be reorganize after two years.
  5. The member of Central Tanzeem would be at least 130, the distribution of members are as under.
    1. Balouchistan 15
    2. Sindh 35
    3. Punjab 55
    4. KP 25
  6. The organization of Central Council would be by way of selection.
  7. On the recommendation of District Council only one member will be nominated for Central Council.
  8. The Central Council decides the matter on majority basis and in case of dispute , the matter would be decided by AMEER of JAMAT.
  9. If the member of Central Council lost his membership, new member will be decided within 30 days.
  10. On the application of Central Council 1/3 of the majority can called the meeting by AMEER.
  11. The meeting of the Central Council within 3 months or in alternate after 6 months.
  12. The Central council make the policies and also shall be responsible for criticism.

PROVINCIAL ORGANIZATION

  1. The Provincial organization would be called Provincial Council.
  2. The provincial Council would be consist of

  3. The organization of provincial council would be after 3 years by the way of selection.
  4. The members would be nominated by the Provincial Council/ Central Council.
  5. The Provincial Council will nominate the district president and other office holders.
  6. The provincial AMEER would be selected by the consent of Provincial Council.
  7. In case of absence of any office holder without any legal reason, legal action will be taken against him.
  8. In case of loss of his membership by any member of Provincial Council, other person will be nominated within 30 days.
  9. The Provincial Council deals with the matters of district organization, financial matters. In case of any miss-management, the Provincial Council will can take disciplinary action.
  10. The Provincial Council will bound to implement the policies of Central Council.
  11. The Provincial Council will be directly responsible to satisfy the Central Council.
  12. On the recommendation of the member of District body only one member of the Provincial Council would be taken from every Tahsil.
  13. The Provincial Council give recommendation to Central Council for implementation in the Province.
  14. The member of Provincial Council would be selected with the consent.

DISTRICT ORGANIZATION

  3. The organization of District Council would be after 2 years by the way of selection.
  4. The District office holders are selected by Central Council.
  5. After the selection of District President, the other office hplders would be selected by recommendation of Central Council.
  6. The District Body will be bound to obey the recommendation of Provincial organization.
  7. The District body is bound to invite the District President in all their meetings/programs.

DUTIES AND POWER OF AMEER

  1. To supervise the programs of Central Council and to assign the duties to the office holders.
  2. Issued instructions to federal members for arrangement of meetings through their sub ordinates.
  3. To check the financial matters.
  4. To sign the minutes of the last meeting.
  5. The Central Council should be responsible for accountability of provincial and district council.
  6. The Central AMEER shall be empower to take disciplinary action against the members or office holders.
  7. The AMEER should look after the matters of organization and problems of members.
  8. The AMEER will visit all over the country for organization and will also time-to-time whenever required.
  9. The Central AMEER always will be taken from the family of Hazrat Sultan Bahoo.
  10. The Central AMEER has power to spend Rs: 500000/= for the matters of organization.
